A platform to provide Q&A for founders and their customers/clients

An idea I have been exploring is building a platform that creates a well designed individual page for founders so they can do an AMA with their customers/clients. Instead of traditional text based answer, they will be answering through a video/selfie recording that they can upload easily on.

I have a mvp built but I am finding it difficult to explain the value proposition to founders. I find that most businesses are more interested in acquiring new customers rather than nurturing their customer base, which is a pity, because their customer base are more lucky to buy again or refer them to new businesses/customers if they were to take the time to provide service like this.
