A problem I recently had that I would have paid money to solve

My wife and I are hopefully moving to Switzerland through her employment at Google. So I am the spouse.

To get approved by the Swiss authorities, the spouse has to prove they are enrolled in German speaking lessons and after one year must take a test to prove some proficiency.

The websites of the companies that do this are TERRIBLE. I was astonished. There are few with ways to even register and get a confirmation email like I needed.

I spent at least 2-3 hours finding one I could register online with. There are like 8 more, I just can't find them now.

This problem was super urgent and time-wasteful: it was literally holding up an entire family's migration half way around the world, potentially postponing our move by one entire month.

These companies also didn't email me back for two entire days, some of them not even in English (it's fine if you don't speak English but your sites are in English and you CAN speak English and your customers only speak English maybe reply in English?).
