A Question on A/B Testing Landing Page to Boost Conversion Rates vs Building Relationships.

I just finished reading a few of the articles on front page and I have a few questions.

I just released a massive update to JustFitness.io. From my understanding my #1 priority should be landing my first (non-friend/family) customers. I gathered from the articles that I should build genuine personal relationships with people to have them become early adopters. With this step in place; should I even worry about conversion/bounce rates right now? Should I still A/B test the landing page at this stage even though the personal relationships will instill a bias towards purchasing?

Note: I want to grow slow and steady through word-of-mouth and referrals. I have no plans at this time to launch on click heavy sites like reddit or hackernews.

A/B testing the landing page would make more sense if you planned to send a bunch of cold traffic to it. The landing page design won't be as important if your main strategy will be building relationships.

Thanks for settling that. It was a battle in my head.
