A question to developers working in small teams

I'm thinking about building a solution for mobile teams in startups
and I was wondering:

what tools (Jira/Trello/Monday/other) you use to manage your tasks/team?
and if there is anything frustrating you about those tools?

I'm annoyed by the fact I have many tools such as Bitrise, BitBucket, and others and every time I need to go to each site and remember the password lol

  Thanks! I guess my example was bad, my main issue isn't the login but the fact that I need to jump between many tools for a few simple tasks
