A queuing system with rest endpoints

Will you be interested in using a managed queuing system with rest/grpc APIs to push and consume data like a managed Kafka?

Features-

1. You can call rest/grpc api to produce messages and files into the queue
2. You can call rest/grpc api to consume from the queue.
3. You can register callbacks on msg/file arrival.
4. You can set rate limiting on the callbacks.
5. You can configure this as a priority queue.
