A reminder that you are on a marathon, not a sprint

    I believe in listening to my body. It's smart. If I am tired, I rest. Then I feel the energy on my chest and push again. I do things naturally 🪴

    And of course, there are times that require a push. So drink coffee and get back at it. But that's part of the natural process as well. It just can't be like that all the time.

    Because it's a marathon. Not sprint. Multi-layered marathon with many finishes, that require push and long stages that require to be smart with energy.
