I really enjoy Dru Riley's trends.vc and was inspired to creating something similar but valuable and specifically for South Asian Market.
Honestly, I never thought I would create content for VC's in USA, Europe, Singapore, India and it has been a great learning experience so far.

Looks great! How do you think real estate prices will develop in India over time (rise or drop due to more supply)? And what do you think the biggest oppurtunity for an average person today is to capitalize on this trend?

I believe the COVID has forced the entire market and system to change for the good. The prices are currently dropping due to shortage of demand mainly in the metro area as many Students and Professionals are now learning/working remotely. But at the same time there is a massive opportunity in the untapped tier 2 and tier 3 cities where the system is broken and people are moving there from bigger cities.
