A Shopify Exchange, but instead of completely selling the site, you sell shares of the revenue

So if I'm a business owner, I have an easy way to fundraise. And if I'm a fan of a product, I can invest in it directly on the platform.

    Interesting! In the US I think you'd need to provide some regulatory support to issuers (stores), the SEC imposes some reporting requirements on folks who crowdfund.
