A simple support desk with ticketing system

Hi there team,

I have an idea for a project, which to be completely honest I have not thought through properly but I want to use it to practice react. I have used vue.js + Laravel before.

The idea is to put together a simple support desk which will have the client facing UI to submit an support ticket + unique link to update it once it's open as well as an agent side + admin for managing those tickets.

Main parts:

  1. Support request page

    • Unique link to the support page
    • Form with basic detail collection
    • Basic branding customisation options
    • Email notifications on submission, status change and replies
  2. Lightweight ticket management

    • Open, in progress, on hold, solved, closed
    • Agent invitations
    • Agent assignments
    • Email notifications
    • Dashboard
    • Agent ticket creation

Feel free to throw rocks at it. Though, ideally I am looking for some further ideas in this area (or unrelated ones perhaps) that are light and easy - I don't have the capacity to build a complex app. Simple is good. Cheers!
