One thing that surprised me while working on VCV8 is how emotional validation becomes when results are binary.
“It worked” or “it failed” leaves you either overconfident or deflated.
Reframing validation as assumption testing instead of idea judging made it much easier to keep momentum, even when signals were weak.
Curious if others here separate those two, or if validation still feels like a pass/fail moment.
would be more helpful to have a tool that honestly guides you toward "it worked". taking you from fail to pass, or at least showing a viable path
Interesting take. Do you think “it worked” should mean demand is proven, or that there’s a clear next step to get there? I’ve noticed those often get conflated, and that’s where validation starts to mislead.
