Looks good. Another method is "unbundling" of larger platforms. For example, eBay used to be one of the only places to buy rare sneakers. Nowadays, you have specialist marketplaces like GOAT and StockX. In theory, almost any eBay product category could become a specialist marketplace – machine tools, Star Wars figures, alloy wheels, and so on.
