Hello Guys,

I created a process for when I write articles for Saia.ai to increase Search Engine Traffic, and just wrote an article about how it's done on medium.

What are your processes for writing blog articles? Do you just write? Anybody do keyword research and all?

I usually do the following
- Keyword research
- Look at content ranking for the keyword that I want to rank for. Take notes on how I can provide more value.
- I look at google trends and see if I can relate trending topics to what I want to cover
- I use software to find most shared content for keywords I’m trying to rank for
- I look at competition and whether I have a leg to stand on to out rank . That means competitors DA, backlinks, social signals, all that stuff.
- Create content people want
That’s pretty much what I do before I actually write or hire writers. Am I doing it wrong?

  Most people don't do what you do. There's just one thing, there's no research about the reader, and what he's searching for in your content, maybe you have it somewhere already.
