A tool to automate daily/hourly updates

Hello everyone!

I spend so much time daily, switching between different platforms to get the updates that I need. First I go to my analytics tool to get the data of my websites then go to my payment system to check on the daily revenue then do a check on Webmaster and then Twitter to see some tweets and then go check Bitcoin price and then read the news, ahhh, the list goes on!

Are there any platforms that can help me gather all these updates and send them to me on a daily basis rather than me spending time checking them one by one?
Are these routines annoying to you too or is it just me?
