A tool to call with a random person weekly

Hi IH!

Currently, because of the coronavirus, many people stay at home and have a lack of communication in real life.
I propose the following product to increase social communication and meet new friends:

1. A person registers in a chatbot (in Telegram for example)
2. The chatbot randomly connects him or her with another user weekly.
3. They agree to call via Skype or Zoom in the messenger.

I already use a similar tool, but it only connects a Russian community of product managers and entrepreneurs. So, I think it can be interesting for the Indie Hackers community as well.
