Hi, I'm Lorenzo a 22 years old student of CS from Italy.
Probably my english will not be very correct but i will try to do my best.
Now I'm at the end of my bachelor degree and I'll probably graduate this summer, I want to continue my studies with the master degree in CS.
It's been a while I'm thinking of doing "something".
With "something" i mean start a project or work but I don't really know what to focus on.
Despite I'm a the end of my studies with fair grade I don't feel satisfied and fulfillied.
I want to feel more independent from an economic point of view using my CS skills. I don't want to be a millionaire but I want to do something that makes me earn something.
If you were twenty-two what would you do now ?
Do you have any advice for my situation?
Thanks for reading,
yes. glad you shared!
you should build something, while you look for paid work or look into continuing on with a master's degree (i have two masters! 👍🏻).
this is a great place to try a new idea out, build something small and share your progress, and learn something new. this is the time.
but, i was so inspired, i did this for you:

thank you for letting me share this with others here on indie hackers!
Don't beat yourself up about not feeling satisfied or fulfilled, there's 2 infographics I really like referring to:

I'm 37 and on my 4th startup, none have been successful so far. I feel like one of the biggest differences now from when I was 20 is that I now have the maturity & experience to see my own flaws/weaknesses and hire/partner around those. It's sort of a case of young people don't know what they don't know.
My advice:
I hope that helps and feel free to reach out if you have any more questions,
Tik Tok does the clock,
as an inevitable death approach.

Do it now.
