A "uber for x" for team freelancer developers

My idea is .
If person has an idea of a bussiness and need a mvp, it can submit to the platform, and then a project team accept it .
Why mvp projects?
Because mostly are very easy projects , in most cases only a landing page. and I want a standart , with almost the same price between projects , just change the time if the person want it build now or in a month.
Would you pay for this if you are a non tech person? , I know there are a lot of similar options to this idea.
I just create a very easy mvp for illustrate my idea , with a gatsby starter.
