One UX issue we see constantly when auditing startup sites:
The page makes sense to the builder, but not to a first-time visitor.
Founders know their product deeply, so it’s easy to skip context. Headlines are clever but vague. Buttons assume users already understand the value. Key info is there… just not in the order users expect it.
What’s interesting is that this isn’t a “bad design” problem, it’s a perspective problem. When you live with a product every day, it’s hard to see it with fresh eyes.
A simple test we use: if someone had 5 seconds on your homepage, would they know what it is, who it’s for, and why it matters?
Curious - how do you validate clarity on your site today?
