A Weekly Ritual and Random Encounters
Most employees want to stay remote; it's managers and senior leadership that worry about the lack of team bonding and water cooler chats that remote work brings. One solution I have to address this problem is to provide everything needed for weekly team bonding rituals (such as a weekly lunch, a special snack subscription box, a quarterly book to discuss, etc) and for randomized events between employees, managers, and leadership (think one-off virtual games, surprise lunch delivery/meeting, etc.)
What do you guys think of this idea?
