I'm a technical founder with basically no business background. (Does watching and reading all the Y Combinator material count lol?).
I'm wondering if you have any experience in early SaaS marketing/sales, acquiring early users etc?
The MVP is in the final stages of being rewritten, so the live version (www.survais.com) will be quite different to the version coming in the coming weeks, although offering the same services for that matter.

I was actually looking for something like this to incorporate it on my SaaS. I was actually looking at https://www.poptin.com. You seem to have a higher pricing for 10,000/mo. I am not saying pricing should be same or less but what are you offering more than Poptin does?
I'll just start by saying is that the pricing displayed on the website at the moment (January 2019) will be slightly different to that in the reworked version. We don't have a solid user base yet to test different pricing models just yet so we aren't sure about how the current ones suit the market. I will also say that the pricing will be set conservatively, as in it will either stay the same, or get cheaper - if we see the need for pricing changes.
Just checked out Poptin, and from what I gather, I believe they are an email capturing service - whereas Survais offers more (Surveys/Polls, CTAs, Feedback, Information slides - as well as email capturing and Mailchimp integration).
Poptin also seems to charge per view - wheras Survais charges per impression (which means per user that is shown a Survai). So a single user on Poptin can rack up numerous views - but they would only rack up 1 impression with Survais - even across different pages.
