Hey, some feedback on the findamaker site that I tried to leave using the feedback widget on the site, but it wasn't working:
(1) the icon for this Feedback form looks like a warning/error icon. It looks like something that needs my attention/action, instead of being something that I can safely ignore unless I'm looking for it.
(2) The feedback window I was typing in appears behind the "Highlighted Offers" component on the homepage.
(3) When I click Send Feedback, it's not clear to me whether the feedback was actually sent. I don't know if it's going through or not. Hmm...it looks like the answer is "not". I see this in the browser console: POST https://findamaker.io/kustomer-api/feedback 500
So I guess maybe you need some UI for the error state.
