I wanted to ask if you could answer a couple of questions regarding creating a test to assess Software Engineers/Developers software language knowledge and test how well those professionals apply their knowledge to solve real-world problems.
The purpose for the test is to gain insights on how well a candidate knowledge and experiences stacks up against the qualifications for employment.
