Where do you get terms of service and such from?

Where do you get terms of service and such from? Do you copy paste + search & replace your company name? How do you handle this?

This is great, how often the terms change? EG: Article 13 comes out, do you have to re-do it?

Our app in still in it's early stage, so we have not made many changes to our terms, but if you do need to, you simply make the changes from your Termly dashboard and the text will change where you have embedded the Termly document in your website.

How Termly works is, they ask you a bunch of questions that fall under certain sections. You just answer the questions, and they generate the text for you. You can then embed the terms in your website by following their instructions. When you want to change something, you just change your answer to the question. Hope that helps?

There are wordpress plugins for that. You just have to enter some information about your business, and it will create the Terms & Conditions for you.

At ContentCord, we used GetTerms. They're cheap, easy-to-use, and allow HTML/Plain Text export.
