What tool can I use to find the corresponding LinkedIn profile for a given Twitter username?
I've seen tools such as SalesQL scrape the web and keep a database of people and their associated social profiles. For example, in my case, SalesQL has a list of my LinkedIn, Crunchbase, AngelList, Facebook, and Twitter urls.
Given that such databases exist, where can I plug in a twitter handle and get out a linkedin profile (if it exists in the database). Ideally in bulk.

You can try fullcontact api they will match email and linkedin to twitter handles. you can also try my Google spreadsheet addon that will find you linkedin profiles based on full name and/or combo of name + company it's not exactly what you are looking for and it doesn't run via a database but it might help you achieve the result you are looking for - matching linkedin profiles in bulk to names
