I said that it’s not only about how QA engineers do their work.
The most important thing is that Quality Assurance (QA) is an indispensable part of the development process.
The main task of any QA engineer is to help create a quality product. Their job is not just finding bugs and not just testing. The main task of the QA engineer is to prevent defects and, therefore, ensure the high quality of the development process and its results.
Software products require QA engineers if they want to:
