Hey everyone, would love to get your feedback on this landing page. It's for my first course I'm creating as well
I've played around with both a dark and light format, so would love your feedback on that. I also feel like it's lacking imagery as well.

Good stuff. I would probably just reduce a text and add some graphics. Highlight what I'll get out of the course ('value' of the product) and why I need to do so (persuasion).
Good call. I do feel the 'value' is very much lacking
it's kinda, boring. All text, very minimal design, in the video it all looks the same, black on white, basic power point slides, very corporate meeting yawn 🥱. No excitement, no reasoning, no emotions, no colours or shapes or anything.. your very much in teaching mode in the video, and that's what your selling, so this is 100% reflection on the product... 'no-nonsense guide' makes one imagine a colourful, blunt, contrarian character...

Totally agree with how stale it is. This is another side project of mine, so maybe something along those lines https://intheknowledge.com
Sadly I am still new to being in front of camera, so I do appear pretty awkward
I go back and forth on light and dark themes. For instance, I really like the dark theme of VS Code; but I believe darker text on a lighter background is better for your eyes.
