Accepting payment as a marketplace and registering a business.

We are building a marketplace in which we have to allow person A - pay directly to person B, without taking any fee in the middle.

We would like to use Paypal API for this because most simple sellers have Paypal and not Stripe account (although Paypal is not the best company).

We are having hard time, because to do that, you must have a business account in PP, and to have it, you must register a business.

Since we are far from home in the past years (kind of digital nomads) we can't form a remote company, and finish the last part of our marketplace.

Our only way is Stripe Atlas LLC, in which I hear costs much much more than the $500, and the absurd is that we are not even going to use Stripe.

More than that, I would be happy if there was an API to accept credit card from one person, and move it right to the bank account of the other with API (can TransferWise do that?).
I would like to make it as simple for the seller as possible.

Any advice regarding our situation would be appreciated .
