Accepting payments & establishing a company for side projects

Hello fellow hackers!

I'm a indiehacker and planning to launch my first paid product soon 🎉

I was wondering how everyone deals with payment processors and establishing a company (if required), I want to use paddle or stripe but both seems to require a business setup :( Do you register a company for your projects? This seems to be overkill if the idea doesn't get attraction how do you all deal with it?
