Accepting payments on stripe without a seperate business entity

Say you have a business entity xyz LLC, and you have a product abc SaaS that you need to accept money for on Stripe ... Does anyone have any experience with handling this?

My thought is to setup xyz LLC in Stripe and just bill the customers through that, which means they'd see xyz LLC on their credit card statement instead of abc SaaS ... will this work?
