Access Control System for Tech Company?

I am running a technology company for the last 3 years. We started it from a small apartment and right now, we have an office (not much big) with reliable stuff. As you know people in our field prefer to work in their own time of ease that's why we don't run a 9 to 5 pm office and allow members to work according to their ease.
In this regard, I am thinking to install a card access system for their easy entry in the office. In the beginning, I was willing to go with Honeywell but then one of my friends suggested to go with a video entry system that is more reliable as compared to Honeywell. However, it's little expensive for us. So, it would be great if you suggest any other cheap video entry system for us. Or can refer to any company that customize a card access system for us.

Means after getting devices? We would need to get integration services with customization? What about their charges or cost?
Yes, you could do that. Or, if you get an integration partner, they’ll put the package together for you - IP cameras, card readers, card printer, access control - installation. They’ll usually get discounts on the devices that you can’t get on the street due to volume and they’ll know the different laws/codes involved in these systems.
