If you're going to use an X growth tool on an account that hasn't been active for a while, don't start with the growth tool.
X can see sudden changes in account activity. Going from barely using the account to following a large number of people in a short period of time creates a very different activity pattern from someone who has been browsing and using the platform normally.
That's why I prefer to warm up an account before doing any outreach.
The process is pretty simple. Use X normally for a while. Browse your home feed, open posts, read threads, spend some time on the platform, and let your account build up a normal browsing history before starting any serious outreach.
I usually think about it in two stages.
First, build normal activity. Spend 30 to 60 minutes a day browsing the feed and interacting with content naturally.
Then start outreach gradually instead of going from zero to hundreds of actions immediately.
The important part is that account warming isn't a way to bypass X's rules or guarantee that an account won't be restricted. It's simply about avoiding an unusual jump in activity when you start using growth tools.
I built X Booster around this simple workflow. The Farm Feed engine is free and unlimited, and it automatically browses the X feed with varying scroll speeds, pauses, breaks, and thread visits so you don't have to sit there scrolling for an hour.
It's a small part of the larger X growth workflow, but it's useful to have running before you start doing outreach.
