Launching our product early next year and I'm looking for user acquisition strategies. Tell me what worked for your business.
Key before you launch is to build a alpha/beta list of interested users. It'll give you a real boost when you do launch, and decent momentum when you go on to post on PH etc.
What has always helped me to organise/keep track, is create a pre-launch plan of marketing ideas, and tag them by impact each initiative will have. You'll then be able to prioritize.
