Ad network for site containing user generated content?

Hello,

I've developed a platform that contains 100% user generated content (the content is posted by both individuals and businesses). I'm currently monetizing it via business subscriptions, but I'd like to run ads on it as well.

The trouble I'm having is that ad networks are rejecting me mostly because of the user generated content. I've also been rejected because my platform is location based, so I'm guessing when someone in SF at Google looks at the website, there isn't enough content despite there being hundreds of posts in another country/city. I feel like if I could just talk to someone at Google Ads and explain it, it would have a good chance of being approved - but maybe I'm overly optimistic :)

I've been rejected by Google Ads and Media.net so far. Initially I wasn't aware that many of these ad networks do not want the websites to contain user generated content. (e.g. Media.net says where the "Bulk of the content is user-generated" sites will not be approved, source: https://www.media.net/legal/programguidelines/).

Has anyone successfully worked with an ad network on a site containing primarily user generated content?

Thank you.
