Ad network that allows real world rewards ?

I am looking for an Ad network that will let me encourage viewing ads. Ofc adsense policy wont allow that. Any suggestions ?

      Hi ive checked your website and it seems great really easy and fast to start but are you ever going to add support for applications as in google play apps ? Thats my concern since i will be running an app and perhaps you can provide me with your email since i think we can discuss a more advanced step together. Thanks !

        We still do not support mobile apps so it's less relevant at the moment
