Add music to my app?

Im trying to add music to my app, like thriller or tiktok its only going to be used in users posts for around 15 seconds.

does anyone know if there is a service for this? Should I somehow scrape the data from youtube while in the app? Or is there some other method?

I want to avoid any sort of legal issues.
