Added a free plan to boost conversion

In my analytics, I noticed quite a bit of visitors navigating to the pricing page of https://notestack.io and then backing out. Maybe the lack of a free plan scared them off.

One thing I desperately need is active users. So I decided to create a bare-bones free plan with limited functionality. Now let's see if this can turn visitors into users.
