Added buffer to Youtube Videos and I am spending less time on Youtube.

I am trying to reduce the time you spend on unwanted websites like Youtube, Reddit, etc. by throttling the internet.
The buffering video or loading comments try to create barriers to watch the video and thus trying to decrease the interest in the video that you wanted to watch.

How can I market this extension? Please suggest me few ways.
