Adding testimonial quotes in Carrd

Creating visually consistent testimonial quotes on Carrd is frustrating, especially if you get shoutouts in a lot of different places – tweets, DMs, Slack, and so on.

So I recently decided to work out how to do them. It took some experimenting, and the solution uses a combination of Carrd tools and a little CSS. You can see mine in action here.

I've made this simple tutorial so you can replicate it:

That looks like a good tool too. Plenty of good methods out there, however I was aiming for a solution that doesn't require Javascript or for the content to be from a live social feed.

Just keeping it simple really and some people want a no-code solution.

Elfsight do one (link below), however it's unlikely any service would populate with known logos, for reasons of copyright, keeping them up to date with changes, and the sheer quantity of logos to provide.
