i have adhd and i have tons of projects. i've taken a lot of therapy and help to be able to focus a bit better... which is essentially just organizing my environment to maximize production... but, yeah. lol.
Yeah, I hear you... Especially on the organization thing.
I have made it a point to keep my desk as de-cluttered as possible. It usually helps, but right now I have to use 2 laptops for work, so it's a little overwhelming lol.
Thanks for reading :)
i refresh my desk every day!
Lol, oh man. You just reminded me to do mine. Thanks :)

you can't avoid labels, but, you could
ownthem... if you want.i don't claim any labels personally but they are useful for convos, like this thread and post... but, i don't broadcast my disorders or pathologies... usually.
lol.
... honestly, i just try to be clear and honest with whomever i'm with... and just speak the truth about what is and what isn't.
i terms of managing... honestly, it's not really about managing but loving; in other words, learning to love these things about me and give myself a ton of grace when the downsides show up. there's a lot of great things about "hyper-focus" ... but it also has downsides.
gotta love and appreciate both. :)
tahnks for the question @jasraj!

I definitely relate! Working on my systems and giving myself some grace to experiment has been so helpful. Actually recently left a comment on a popular post on approach to parallel projects and that, personally, I innovate more when I have a few things going on -- it's not easy to defend, but I find it's common among neurodivergent/adhd creators.
I agree!
To respond to the parallel projects, I often hear that I should be dedicating myself to one thing. For me personally, that would be a very quick way to get sick of it.
Thanks for validating that because you're right, it's not easy to defend :)
