Ad tech platforms are a marketplace. In your case between the publisher / platform owner and the advertiser. Based on your landing page I can see the appeal to the publisher, but not to the advertiser. You'll need a landing page for each persona.

Fair criticism - working on it. I see it as a three-sided marketplace, and working out how to address the chicken and egg problem - having a different landing page for each is probably an essential part.
