    this really stuck out to me, I'd love to read more posts on the topic. Especially around when is validation good enough for someone to hire an agency like Saas.agency.

    I sort of see it as an inverse developer situation (I notice some devs tend to spend lots of time coding before considering how to get traffic), and hadn't considered the contrast before.
    Would be cool to see 1-2 examples of non-technical founders who started with something like a Carrd page or something free, then progressed into hiring an agency to develop their idea once they had tested validation through pre-orders/newsletter signups.
