Advice in b2b sales for jobs board

I run a crypto jobs board and the community has grown immensely recently. I focused on the community and that’s paid dividends, with ~4300 members being active and engaged. The website traffic is great too, and a global audience - it feels robust and a good time to take it to the next level.

I want to approach companies to discuss (a) paid jobs posts and (b) work closer with them in recruitment, but my b2b skills are pretty basic - and I’m struggling on how to decide next steps.

Can anyone offer advice on how to progress? Any tips or tricks on how to reach out to companies (in scale) and build relationships.
