Advice needed: writing to people in the Asia Pacific region

I'm trying to crack the code for writing copy for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. I'm cold messaging people to join my community and hearing crickets in community posts + cold messages. Any advice/tips/articles on the tone that best suits this region, or specific countries within?
