Advice on /sponsors page sales copy needed

Hey everyone! I’ve just created a /sponsors page on Frontend Mentor. Problem is, I’m pretty terrible at writing good sales copy 😅

I would really appreciate anyone’s input on how I could improve it if you’ve got a moment? I haven’t linked to the page on the site yet, so it’s still hidden from regular users: https://www.frontendmentor.io/sponsors

Also, I’ve gone for $100 for 30 days as an introductory offer, as I’ve got no previous performance data to show. This is complete finger in the air stuff, so again, any advice on that would be absolutely amazing 🙌

Really great start. I would recommend editing out any puffy language to make it faster to read.

    Examples:
"Reach an amazing community of front-end developers."
    "Reach 20k front-end developers"

Its not a discount if you haven't ran an ad before. Take out the discount. And "Just..."

I am not sure this is a benefit. Advertisers usually want to target a certain country.
"Our community is an extremely diverse range of individuals from all over the world."

    PRICING

And I would raise the price because you have a targeted audience and will be doing 4 posts, it seems. Lots of work for $100.

    $100 for 30k+ impressons is $3.33 CPM
You should up it to $5 at least which is what BuySellAds sells at.

Thanks again for your feedback on this Andrew. I've updated the copy. Hopefully, it's much more focused and clear now. I've also upped the price to $250 per spot, based on a ~$7 CPM on 35k+ impressions. For an engaged audience on a growing platform, this will hopefully be an attractive proposition.

I really appreciate your help with this.

        Nice edits.

        A few more notes.

Exact numbers make it seem like you did the math and harder for people to ask for a discount.
$7 cpm for 35k impressions is actually $245

for example my top ad goes for $228

Also think about your working time. You'll help write and edit copy, image. You'll post on what looks like 4 platforms (Website, Slack, Twitter, Newsletter) And reporting.

That's a really good point. I have no idea why I thought I needed to round up to $250. Thanks again.

Thanks a lot for your feedback, Andrew. All the points you've made are extremely valuable. I'll re-work it today taking all of this into consideration. I really appreciate your help.
