[Advice required] Developing a product in-house in the same industry of a client
Hi there, we are about to develop a software product and we have a client that wants to hire us for a similar solution. So I wanted to know how can we handle the situation. We plan to reuse part of the development for our client in our own solution.
We are not in the same geography, and also our users speak different languages.
Any ideas or case studies to learn about?

I'm on a kinda similar situation right now.
I have a client for which I'm building an internal product for, but in these last months I learned a lot about this niche and I really want to take a big chunk of what I've built for him and adapt it for a SaaS.
For this, one of the solutions is to actually bring him up as a co-founder. He has a much deeper understanding of the niche and is open to the idea.
