We use Airtable to keep a record of all audience activities. With Airtable's relational structure, we can link individual campaigns and known Emails to People Identities.
For this reason, I no longer rely on heavy Analytics tools or Campaign Management Software. Whatever additional software I use, I now do all my list management in AirTable.
Best of all, it does not matter what your technical background is. If you know SQL, this tool is awesome because it preserves relational structure. If you don't know SQL, this is going to be like using Excel.
Basically, we can now have marketers and data people work in the same interface, without delay or ETL processes.
