I have also used Tapfiliate.com in the past which was more feature rich but a little expensive comparatively.

We run PostAffiliatePro.com which might be a bit heavy for some owners, but we do often most advanced features for the price provided.

We also provide free integration service and some help with finding affiliates (I sometimes mentor our clients for their specific use cases on how to find them).

PS: No matter what platform you go for, do a solid research of potential partners before starting, you will need it anyways and it's often to have contacts ready once it's up and running.
