Affiliate program feedback

Hello,

I recently started an affiliate program, and I wanted some feedback on the numbers, if it was attractive or not. This is my first time doing an affiliate program, so any pointer is welcomed.

Site: https://www.casaspanish.co.uk/ - an Online Spanish language school
Product: £49 (about $70) monthly recurring membership

• The commission is 40% of the sale amount
• The first 3 invoices of a customer will earn commissions
• The referral will be valid for 120 days (the cookie expires after 120 days)

The product is definitely successful, and the churn rate is around 10%. It's very likely a customer will continue their membership after the first month.

• Do you think this is a good program?
• Are there some things affiliates would want to know?
