After 2 years of struggle, I launch my first product.

Today is a big day for me as I'm launching my first project called Building Buddy. I've spent the last two years working on several products, including bots for crypto trading and GPT wrappers, but I never released any of them. I would start off excited about my ideas, but after a few weeks, I would lose motivation or realize there were too many issues with the initial concept, causing me to abandon the project.

However, this time was different. I made a commitment to myself that I would release something this year, no matter what. More importantly, I decided to start marketing the product before even starting to write the code. I created a landing page to collect email addresses and made a few posts on Reddit and Indie Hackers, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any sign-ups for my waitlist. I was disappointed, but after five days, my post on Indie Hackers started to gain traction. Eventually, it made it to the main page and was even featured in their email newsletter. Thanks to this exposure, I received 20 emails in just two days, which gave me the confidence to keep working on Building Buddy.

After two years of struggling to release anything, I've finally launched Building Buddy, which is a community for indie hackers who want to build profitable side projects to quit their 9 to 5 jobs. The main problem I faced was a lack of motivation and support, so I created this community where people could find accountability buddies and join mastermind groups to help them build profitable products more quickly.
