After 5 years of coding experience and 4 years building failing SaaS apps, what should I do next?

There is a lot going on.

The loading time in between single questions wasn't up to standards.

There is something happening in the middle of the screen and the pop-up on the right side keep coming back. There is a notification on the top, many UX flaws also bothering in the meantime.

I clicked through the guide and ended up here;

I can't read it, I don't know what's going on. I have two things to copy, don't know where to use it.

On the form creation page, tab order is wrong. When I press tab key on the title, cursor jumps to color input instead of redirect.

After a little bit of confusion, I believe form builder form needs a better separation. I still don't know what redirect field does but placeholder and type needs be separated from the ones which effect the whole form instead of a single field.

I believe I found the main reason;

I got two emails,
One; You've Ordered Basic Plan
Two; You've Ordered Business Plan

Nope I didn't ordered a business plan and you just lost my trust.

edit; for UX I'd highly suggest to simplify it as possible. obeatow is quite hard name to remember. There are tools I'm trying to check back after a while and give up when I can't remember.

Do you mind sharing what was the flaw in your GDPR compliance software ?

Many people are just window shopping on internet. They create account with some dummy email ID and then when you ask for more serious information, they drop-off.

For example, most of my on boarding drop-off happens on the screen where I ask for their website address.
