This is very interesting, but difficult to wrap my mind around from your website. I'm not sure exactly what it is, how it works, or who needs it.
I think a picture is worth 1000 words, and the screenshot you have of someone ordering a sandwich is pretty explanatory. But then I have a ton more questions:
- Why is this Telegram-based chat UI better than, say, a simple website with a menu where customers can order a sandwich?
- All the text on your website says it's for marketplaces. But a sandwich shop is not a marketplace, so I'm confused. (typically marketplace = your users transact and sell to each other, e.g. eBay)
- etc.

Many thanks for this much needed feedback. I'll try to answer your questions point by point:

Even though the same amount of anonymity could be guaranteed on a website, I believe using a platform people already know and love could enhance this feeling, as well as "feeling at home". What makes this project different than others is really the emphasis that setting up bots is quick and easy, especially for ephemeral events (local markets, pop-up stores, etc).
In the future, I can also imagine adding more ways to connect the store owners and customers via direct messaging on Telegram as well.

This is very valid, perhaps I should reconsider using that word. Adding to what you said in your introduction, maybe I should consider changing all the wordings in the front page as well.
